Matt Foley

Sioux Falls, SD (March 17, 2020) — Farmers Business NetworkSM (FBN) has appointed Matt Foley as General Manager of FBN Seed Brands. Among his primary responsibilities will be leading F2F Genetics Network, the company’s independent seed line that launched in 2018.

“Matt’s well-rounded career makes him a valuable asset as FBN continues to grow across the heartland,” said David Delaney, FBN Chief Commercial Officer. “He has vast agronomic knowledge and extensive experience in all areas of the seed business, including sales, agronomics, operations, logistics, marketing and brand management.”

Foley’s career in the seed industry spans more than 25 years, with previous roles at Dow AgroSciences and AgReliant Genetics. His insight and expertise will be great assets to the business he now manages.

F2F Genetics Network seed was planted on nearly 1,000 member farms last year and produced strong ROI results during the 2019 crop year. Its unique business model aims to put more power back into farmers’ hands, delivering high-quality genetics at fair prices—all while maintaining transparency around seed price and performance.

Among top priorities for Foley will be to oversee the addition of a nationwide professional sales team as F2F Genetics Network seed continues to expand its reach.

“Matt will be instrumental in continuing to grow F2F Genetics Network,” said Delaney, “which is both helping farmers maximize their profit potential and advancing our Farmers First® mission.”
