Kedah, Malaysia (August 13, 2019) - On August 22, global seed enhancement company Incotec will officially open its newest facility in Kedah, Malaysia. The official opening of the new facility will be performed by the Chief Minister Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Mukhriz Tun Mahathir, and by Erik Jan Bartels, Managing Director of Incotec.
Rice is an important staple food for Malaysia. At the facility Incotec Kedah, rice will be treated with an innovative new seed treatment product for rice, PaddyRise™, that makes young rice plants stronger and more resilient. Stronger plants will need less plant protection products resulting in reliable and responsible food production and nutrition.
