Adelaide Schreiber grew up in Nevada and Utah, always fascinated by science and nature. 

She turned this passion into hands-on experience during high school through an internship at Olson’s Greenhouse in Salem, Utah. 

Now, Adelaide is majoring in Plant Science at Utah State University and balancing life as a mom to her baby Alder. 

She’s excelling in an advanced internship at Olson’s Greenhouse, where she assists with plant trials and propagation. 

She’ll complete her final semester this fall and graduate with a Bachelor’s degree. Adelaide’s dedication and hard work are truly inspiring.

John Dippold

John Dippold

John Dippold is currently a senior at Eastern Oregon University, where he is majoring in Agricultural Entrepreneurship. 

At EOU, he is actively involved in the student council, where he has had the opportunity to develop leadership skills and contribute to various initiatives aimed at enhancing the student experience. 

For the past six years, John has been employed at a grass seed farm in the LaGrande area. This experience has provided him with hands-on knowledge of the seed industry, from cultivation to distribution. 

John's long-term goal is to continue his involvement in the seed industry, leveraging his academic background and practical experience to drive innovation and sustainability in agricultural practices.

Pedro Squiapati

Pedro Squiapati is a master's student in Plant Science at California State University, Fresno. He is a research assistant at the USDA, where he focuses on improving soil health in California vineyards through the adoption of cool-season cover crops. 

He previously earned his bachelor's degree in Agronomic Engineering from the Universidade of São Paulo in Brazil, where his research focused on tropical microorganisms to enhance nutrient availability in the soil. 

Pedro aims to make agricultural systems more sustainable and productive by increasing soil fertility and health through natural practices.

Isabelle Alves is from Elk Grove, California, and is currently attending Chico State University. With a focus on Agriculture Business and a minor in Animal Science, her journey is fueled by a deep-seated passion for the industry and a commitment to making a difference.

At Chico State, Isabelle has embraced every opportunity to dive into the agricultural community. As an active member of the Ag Ambassador Program, she serves on the officer team, working to promote awareness and understanding of agriculture both on and off campus.

Additionally, Isabelle has had the privilege of chairing Agtivate, an event aimed at providing first-year students with a vibrant introduction to the College of Agriculture. Looking ahead, Isabelle is eager to explore the avenues within marketing and management, particularly within the animal feed and nutrition sector.
