Tipton, IN (July 15, 2024) — Industry leaders, Peterson Corn Genetics and Total Seed Production, have partnered to make profitability in seed the showcase of a one-day, invitation-only event to be held August 13.
“This day is designed for seed company personnel to learn about future technologies and genetics, how to gain profitability, and the latest seed production techniques," says Dr. Kevin Cavanaugh, president of Peterson Corn Genetics.
The Profitability Day event will have two pieces. The first is a presentation at Corteva's Windfall, IN facility with a preview of Corteva's latest seed technologies.
The main event will take place after Corteva at Total Seed Production. This will be the main stage of the event and will have four presentations including a presentation over profitability in seeds from Cavanaugh, a tour of PCG's corn plot at the Total Seed Production facility, a detailed tour of Total Seed Production's processing facility by the company's President Aaron Conaway, and a tour of the services they provide through their state-of-the-art warehouses and the TSP Distribution Center by their General Manager, Adam Ogle.
They will also have a catered lunch and a free ice cream truck on the premises.
