Smith joins Barenbrug with over 14 years of experience in driving production operations and business unit management. Known for his unwavering focus on operational excellence, Smith has a track record in fostering positive organizational cultures and implementing continual improvement methodologies. His proficiency is further underscored by his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
