Hughes Hybrids was started in 1967 with the mission of providing locally adapted corn hybrids and local experience to farmers in Northern Illinois, Southern Wisconsin and Northeast Iowa.

We have grown over the last 30 years, but many things have stayed the same. Hughes is family owned and operated. We have stayed focused on our sales region. This keeps product development focused on your farm. Hughes continues to operate an independent, in-house hybrid development program.
